Creators Chloe Hoffmann - illustrator behind ‘See Aiche’ and Bernadette Fahey- founder of ‘Body By Berner’ have shared a special friendship for over 15 years. Over time, they have held and lifted each other in unique ways, as they set out to create big lives filled with meaning, beauty and purpose.

When Bernadette opened her holistic health and movement studio ‘Body By Berner’ she had a vision to place healing words on her clients’ pilates mats at the end of each session and she enlisted Chloe’s expertise to curate and illustrate the wisdom. What was born was more powerful than either of them had anticipated and they felt a duty to share them beyond the walls of the studio and with the world.

And so here they are - a little piece of magic and medicine for you to hold in your hands. We hope as you hold them and lift them that they hold you and lift you in return.
